Product Description: Entecavir is a guanosine analogue with marked activity against HBV DNA polymerase. It is licensed for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis B virus infection in patients with compensated liver disease and evidence of acute viral replication, persistently elevated serum alanine aminotransferase levels and histological evidence of active inflammation and/or fibrosis.
